Callison has been selected as master planner for the conceptual phase of the $10 billion Marsa Zayed project located in Aqaba, Jordan. Upon completion, the project, developed by Al Maabar Jordan Investments – a subsidiary of AL Maabar International Investments - will be the largest property development in the history of Jordan. Plans for the 60 million square feet mixed-use project include high-rise residential towers, business and financial districts, retail and entertainment facilities and several branded hotels and resorts.
