The retail component of the property is 98 percent occupied, while the office component is 95 percent leased. The property consists of two buildings, The Tower and The Annex. StarPoint represented itself in the transaction. The seller, TLC Green Property Associates of Chicago was represented by Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.
