The 132-room Hampton Inn & Suites has broken ground at Turner Development Corp.’s Turner Riverwalk, a one million-square-foot master planned business park in Riverside, Calif. Sun Development and Management Corp. is the developer of the hotel. The business park is comprised of 400,000 square feet of office space, 100,000 square feet of medical office space , 375,000 square feet of R&D and industrial space, and 125,000 square feet of retail including 11 restaurants and the new Hampton Inn & Suites hotel, which is set for 2010 completion.
