ProLogis announced the completion of four new lease agreements in Denver, Co., totaling more than 300,000 square feet. OHL, a leading third-party logistics provider, leased approximately 109,000 square feet at Peoria Distribution Center, a 322,000-square-foot distribution facility located near the intersection of Interstate 70 and Peoria Street. The lease agreement marks the 12th between the two companies. Bunzl Distribution leased approximately 84,000 square feet at Peoria Distribution Center. This is ProLogis’ 11th lease agreement with Bunzl. Petersen Pet Provisions leased approximately 74,000 square feet at Stapleton Business Center, a 2.7-million-square-foot distribution park located less than five miles north of Interstate 70 at Havana Street. This is the first lease agreement between ProLogis and Petersen Pet Provisions. And lastly, Cintas Corp. leased approximately 36,000 square feet, also at Stapleton Business Center.
