ProLogis announced today the completion of three new lease agreements with third-party logistics providers in Japan totaling approximately 358,000 square feet. Sanyo Electric Logistics Co. Ltd. leased approximately 151,000 square feet at ProLogis Parc Narashino III, a five-story, multi-tenant facility totaling approximately 459,000 square feet. With this lease, the property is now fully leased. Also, Itani Transportation Industry Co. Ltd. leased approximately 115,000 square feet at ProLogis Parc Osaka II, a distribution facility located at the Port of Osaka, an eight-story, 1.8 million-square-foot distribution facility. And finally, a major Japanese third-party logistics company leased approximately 92,000 square feet at a recently developed facility in the Narita market. The park is located approximately 40 miles northeast of Tokyo in the Chiba Prefecture and is adjacent to the Narita Airport.
