ProLogis has signed first quarter lease agreements totaling approximately 438,000 square feet in San Antonio, Tex. The firm signed a 70,400-square-foot lease with an existing customer at Perrin Creek Corporate Center Building One. With this lease, the customer has expanded its presence with ProLogis in San Antonio. Also, ProLogis signed a 57,600-square-foot lease agreement with a leading national retailer. The company will utilize the space at Industry Park Distribution Center to store its inventory while it undergoes reconfiguration of its local retail stores. And lastly, the firm has signed a 32,843-square-foot lease with the Children’s Hunger Fund, which will use the Eisenhauer 35 Distribution Center as a hub for its operations in the Southwestern U. S.
