Cushman & Wakefield represented ADP in lease negotiations, while Capacity Commercial Group of Portland represented the owner, KBS REIT. Located at 2525 SW First Avenue, ADP Plaza offers 180,772 square feet of Class A office space including an adjoining underground parking garage on 2.2 acres.
