Rockwood Capital L.L.C. announced that veteran real estate investment professional Frank Orioli has joined the firm as managing director of transactions. In this capacity, Orioli will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting and closing transactions. He will be based in the firm’s White Plains, N.Y., office. Orioli brings 22 years of industry experience to the position. Most recently, he was the managing director of Principal Real Estate Investors.
