Andrew Harper has joined Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Los Angeles office as vice president of institutional capital markets group. Harper joins the firm from Cushman & Wakefield of California Inc., where he served as a director of the company’s capital markets group. In this role, he represented institutional clients, including MetLife, Tishman Speyer, Beacon Capital and Brooks Properties, with the disposition of office, industrial, development and retail properties.
