Mike Neal has joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble as senior vice president of retail, bringing nearly 30 years of retail development and tenant representation experience to the position. In his new role, Neal will direct the retail tenant representation division of Colliers Spectrum Cauble and will help lead the firm’s new business development strategy. Most recently, Neal served as senior vice president of retail at CB Richard Ellis.
