Susan Carras has rejoined Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman as senior managing director, based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. In this capacity, she will focus on capital markets transactions, with a primary emphasis on loan/distressed debt sales, asset sales, debt financing and structured joint ventures. In the early 1990’s, Carras was a partner at Sonnenblick Goldman and played an important role in forming the Cassidy & Pinkard/Sonnenblick Goldman joint venture. During that period, Carras was involved in more than $3 billion in capital transactions in the Mid-Atlantic.
