Gramercy Capital Corp. appointed Jon Clark asto chief financial officer and treasurer. Clark succeeds John Roche, whose previously announced resignation was effective April 24. Clark will remain as chief accounting officer, a role he has held since March 2009. Previously, Clark served in a role as the firm’s vice president and controller. Prior to joining Gramercy in 2007, he was a director at BlackRock Financial Management.
