While we have a reputation as a developer of iconic mixed-use and luxury residential developments, affordable housing laid the foundation for the company, and we continue to place a high priority on developing, acquiring and preserving housing for this sector. We continue to actively seek opportunities to maintain the stock of affordable housing, a socially critical inventory that is in danger of disappearing. We have also continually ensured that we are prepared for adverse market shifts and business condition changes by maintaining a strong balance sheet, focused on minimizing risk and ensuring that we are never overleveraged. Our reputation and relationships with the financial community and 35-year track record have allowed us access to capital lines and financial flexibility even in challenging environments.
