EDS | "Train"
June 16, 2003
Fallon/Minneapolis
After a truck stalls on the railroad tracks, the two occupants sprint from the cab to avoid an oncoming train and imminent death. A graphic above the truck reads, "Your company," while another graphic points to the off-camera (but onrushing) train. "Your supply line problem," it says. When the train crosses a different set of tracks, missing the vehicle, the two men congratulate each other. But the celebration is short-lived. A second train traveling in the opposite direction crushes the truck, lending credence to a new graphic: "Your distribution problem." This intelligent commercial shows that danger lurks everywhere in the world of business and that a company may need outside help to reach its potential. Cool crash scene, too.
