Citibank | "Hamster"
June 16, 2003
Fallon/Minneapolis
When a woman places a poster on a telephone pole, a male passerby notices the missing pet -- a hamster -- crawling down her back. Hoping to garner the reward, the man reaches under the woman's shirt to get the rodent. She maces him. Graphic: "Rewards are good. Until you have to pay for them." This funny (albeit implausible) ad pitches Citibank's Diamond Preferred Awards card. Mace sold separately.
