Sour Starburst | "Baby"

A nice follow-up to its high-school prom commercial, this Sour Starburst spot transports the viewer to a Chinese restaurant, where the locals gather to honor a newborn family member. As grandma drags a reluctant "Jimmy" over to see the kid, he pops a candy in his mouth. The sour flavor crinkles his face, scaring the bejesus out of the baby, who starts to cry. This gives the Chinese party-goers free rein to slap Jimmy upside the head. In Chinese, with no subtitles, the spot is just a little nasty -- not unlike the tart confection it promotes.
