Snapple | "Synchronized Swim"
May 12, 2003

The bottles are back. In a multi-spot campaign, the Snapple beverages run with the guinea pigs in Pamplona, cavort with a Chippendale-type stripper, rewrite the church scene from The Graduate (Dustin Hoffman gets the groom) and parody the most tenuous of Olympic sports: synchronized swimming. It's all good, from the seamless special effects to the tiny costumes worn by the soft drinks. Selling the brand's numerous flavors, the ads offer one self-evident truth: The bottles are better actors than most people.
