A silly song promotes Jumbo Bucks, the New York Lottery's latest instant game. "Scratch an Elephant" evokes a folk tune, sort of A Mighty Wind meets Raffi. Lyrics (in Peter, Paul & Mary mode): "Elephants are just like me and you. They get an itch and they don't know what to do. So scratch an elephant ... and he will be a friend to you." Featuring an itchy pachyderm, this spot is a clever way to promote and market an expensive ($5 a ticket!) scratch-off lottery game. At $1 million, the top prize ain't peanuts.
