This smart ad plays a mean game of ink-and-toner bingo. Epson T001, Canon BC31E and HP C9720A are the numbers called by a frazzled clerk to equally frazzled customers at a rival store. Staples, however, makes a winner out of everyone with its easy-to-find cartridges. People who have ever had to fix a printer can relate to this bingo death match. It's a clever way to promote a dull and frustrating product.
